WHAT CAN’T I PUT IN THE DUMPSTER?


- Motor Oil & Other Automobile Fluids
- Batteries (lead-acid batteries; e.g. car batteries)
- Television
- Flammable Liquids and Materials
- Explosives (e.g. fireworks)
- Whole Tires
- Paint, Oils, Varnish, etc.
- Asbestos Materials
- Dirt, Concrete, Cinderblock or Masonry / Brick Of Any Kind

Equipment

All equipment furnished by Pro dumpsters, Inc. shall remain the property of the company, however "Customer" shall have care, custody, and control of the equipment and shall bear responsibility and liability for all loss or damage to the equipment and for its contents while at "Customer's" location.  "Customer" shall not move or alter the equipment and shall use the equipment only for its intended purpose. "Customer" shall provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day.
Company is NOT responsible for any damage to "Customer's" property, including walkways, curbing, pavement, driveways, pavers, irrigation, wells, septic or underground utilities resulting from the company's provision of services.  "Customer" warrants that the right of way is sufficient to bear the weight and physical dimensions of the Company equipment and vehicles.  "Customer" understands that lawn damage. 
 
Overfilled Dumpsters

"Customer" agrees not to over-fill the dumpster beyond the "Max Load" indicator painted on the top rail of the dumpster.  An over-filled dumpster may allow debris to fall out and damage other cars and trucks and it is against the law to transport an over-filled dumpster.  Company reserves the right to refuse to pick up an over-filled dumpster.  If over-filled, the "Customer" will be responsible for removing over-filled debris down to the "Max Load" line.  An additional charge to the "Customer"  will occur if company has to do extra labor to remove excess load.

Overweight Dumpsters

Company reserves the right to refuse to pick-up a dumpster with an estimated weight in excess of 4000 pounds (2.0 tons) per each 10 cy and 8,000 pounds (4.0 tons) for 20 cy dumpster , 12,000 pounds (6.0 tons) for 30 y.  If overweight, the "Customer" will be charger $55/ton.  

Extra days

Dumpster rental is

10 yards=  5-7 days
12 yards=  5-7 days
15 yards= 10 days
20 yards= 10 days
30 yards= 14 days

The cost of extra day is $10 for each day extra for any dumpster.
